Henderson Alignment Marker
to use with the degree gauge for precise axis alignment

This new instrument was designed to place cardinal marks on the patient's cornea while at the slit lamp. Used to mark the 3, 6 and 9 o'clock positions, the Henderson Alignment Marker features three atraumatic disc-shaped marking surfaces as well as a handle angled at 45° for more comfortable access to patients with even the deepest set eyes. These markings correspond exactly with the notches on the internal surface of the 11.7mm Henderson Degree Gauge, allowing the surgeon to easily center and orient the ring in preparation for placing radial lines along the axis of astigmatism.
