Grayson Nucleus Manipulator
for safe manipulation of nuclear fragments

Douglas Grayson, MD of South Iselin, New Jersey designed this instrument for safe manipulation of nuclear fragments during cataract surgery. Its flattened, smoothly polished 1.1mm long tip is "tear-drop" shaped and can be used to gently sweep and guide fragments toward the phaco tip.
